Refund policy

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However:

  1. IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT PLEASE EMAIL US AT
    STORESUPPORT@EMPI.RE.
  2. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


DETAILS: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you when we have received your returned item. Once received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO US WITHOUT EXPLICIT APPROVAL. ALL UNAPPROVED ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at storesupport@empi.re.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if we have available stock of said item on hand. If you need a size exchange, please send us an email at storesupport@empi.re to begin the process.

 

RETURN SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All other questions may be directed to storesupport@empi.re.

 

European Union Consumers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have additional statutory rights regarding your purchase, including a right of withdrawal for eligible purchases.

Nothing in this Returns and Exchanges Policy is intended to limit any rights available under applicable law.

Event Purchases

Merchandise purchased on-site at festivals, concerts, pop-ups, or other live events is final sale.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for event merchandise unless the item is defective or another exception is required by applicable law.

If you believe you received a defective item at an event, please contact our support team and provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue. Each request will be reviewed individually.

Return to Sender (RTS) Packages

If your package is returned to our fulfillment center as undeliverable, it will be processed as a Return to Sender (RTS) package.

This may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit number

  • Refusal at delivery

  • Failure to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

Once the package is received and inspected, a refund may be issued for the item(s), minus original shipping charges.

International RTS packages will be refunded for the item(s) only. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and other import-related charges are non-refundable.

If a reshipment is requested and available, a new shipping fee must be paid before the order is resent.

Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts to update an address before shipment, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not eligible for free reshipment.
